Snagged these as an afternoon desk snack and honestly the crunch-to-caramel ratio is spot on—those almonds and cashews actually hold up. The 7 grams of protein makes it feel like a legit mini meal, not just a sugar hit.

The salt level is perfect against that rich caramel, and the cashews make it creamier than your average protein bar. I’ve already ordered another box because these actually hold me over until lunch without that weird aftertaste.

The texture really does it for me—crunchy almonds and cashews give each square a satisfying bite, while the caramel keeps it from feeling dry. I've been grabbing one after lunch for that sweet fix, and 7 grams of protein makes it feel like a decent mini snack instead of pure indulgence.
