The sunflower seeds and hemp hearts give it just enough crunch to keep the texture interesting, and the cashew butter makes it creamier than I expected. Took one bite and immediately ordered another box.

The tart cherries and sweet strawberries hit first, then the creamy cashew butter smooths it all out—such a bright balance. I was skeptical about the hemp hearts but they blend in perfectly, and 7 grams of protein makes this a solid afternoon pickup.

The crunch from the sunflower seeds and hemp hearts is the perfect counter to that creamy cashew butter, and the berry flavor actually tastes like real fruit. I grabbed one as an afternoon snack and the 7 grams of protein held me over till dinner without a slump.
