These are a staple in my kids' lunchboxes now—the gluten-free oats make them taste surprisingly close to real baked cookies, and the texture holds up well even when tossed in a backpack. The vanilla comes through just enough to give them that homemade comfort feel, and they're gone in minutes every
The chocolate chips are actually vegan but taste so rich my son didn’t believe me when I told him. These bars survived a full soccer practice in his backpack without getting crushed, which is more than I can say for most snacks we’ve tried.
My kids actually fight over who gets the last one from the box, which never happens with snacks. The vanilla comes through nicely and those vegan chocolate chips are plentiful enough that it feels like a treat, not a health bar.
