I grabbed one for an afternoon snack and the white chocolate bits are just sweet enough to balance the nutty richness of the macadamia and almond butter. Twelve grams of plant protein held me over till dinner without that heavy feeling.
The texture combo is spot-on — crunchy brown rice against that smooth almond butter keeps every bite interesting. I keep one in my bag for the 3pm slump and it actually holds me over until dinner, which is rare for a bar.
The macadamia nuts are incredibly rich and pair perfectly with the smooth almond butter—it honestly tastes more like a dessert than a protein bar. I grabbed one before a long afternoon and the 12 grams of plant-based protein kept me full for hours without that heavy feeling.
